You must email for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to returning merchandise.  Returns and exchanges for online orders are only accepted within 10 days of receipt by customer.  We accept items that have not been WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED and ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.  Footwear returns/exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.  ALL accessories (jewelry, scarves, headwear, handbags, etc.) are FINAL SALE.  ALL SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  All returned items should be sent back fully insured by USPS or other carrier.  All  shipping  for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer.  Please obtain a tracking number for your records.
